"I'm here to live a life of intention and meaningful contribution,

while building the most trusted ecosystem for leaders.

The day I stopped being a consultant

I had built a successful consultancy for 6 years, helping businesses improve customer experience.

After spending $100,000 from my pocket on a project that got cancelled and never paid, the leader contacted me, 9 months later, to restart it.

Within that period, he had had a heart attack, a burnout, and Covid. When I asked him what he was going to change in how he worked, he replied: "Matthieu, this is what business is."

I wanted to recover my losses, 300,000$ is a significant value. But I knew too much about the toxic leadership and couldn't witness another drama, another leadership failure. So I refused the project.

After that, I couldn't bring myself to accept more consulting projects. I kept assessing the leadership before committing and kept uncovering red flags I could no longer ignore.

So I ended up closing my consultancy.

Same Room, Different City

Six months later, I found myself in Dubai, helping friends scale their wellness business.

I was in the room with leaders who supposedly had it all. Successful companies, financial freedom, impressive careers. The kind of people who look like they've figured it out.

But once again, the same symptoms: leaders feeling empty and disconnected, trapped by their own success, unable to enjoy the present and worried about the future.

I realised these leaders needed clarity, a trusted space to think and realign. They needed a meaningful environment that supported both their personal and professional growth, without having to choose one and sacrifice the other.

And I saw clearly how helping one leader rippled through their teams, stakeholders and families.

So I made my decision and moved to Dubai.

Shortly after, Conscious Leaders Dubai was born. A place for intentional leaders to thrive, both in business and as humans.

My Mission:

To help intentional leaders build a version of success that feels complete.

And because no single person has all the answers, I've built an ecosystem where leaders can find the insights, people and support they need, at every stage of their journey.

A place where content, conversations, coaching, communities, and trusted collaborations come together.

My Vision:

To build the most trusted ecosystem for intentional leaders

A hub in Dubai with a global ripple effect, where leaders become more aware, more aligned, more fulfilled, and more connected.

Where ambitious people collaborate generously, grow together, and create impact far beyond themselves.

A world where leading successful businesses and living well are not in opposition.

Where the most conscious leaders are also the most effective ones.

That's what I'm building. One leader, one dinner, one conversation, one coaching at a time.

HOW I CONTRIBUTE

I don't do one thing. I never have, that’s why it’s a full ecosystem, with my content, projects, partners and a community in Dubai.

But it all starts with what I love the most doing: the Clarity Sessions.

Through curiosity, deep listening, and thoughtful questioning, I help uncover what often remains hidden beneath the surface.

I pay attention not only to what is being said, but also to what isn't. The contradictions, recurring patterns, avoided topics, assumptions, emotions, and subtle details that can reveal what's really going on.

This process requires my full attention, a genuine connection with the person in front of me, and a sincere desire to understand what hasn't been clicking for them.

I don’t try to convince leaders of the answer, it’s never made anyone change.

The questioning helps them find the answers themselves, but most importantly, feel them.

That’s what creates lasting change.

My Philosophy

Integration over content

We live in a world drowning in information. Interesting ideas everywhere, and almost no time to actually absorb them. Ask yourself: what was the last book you read? What did you actually implement from it? Reading, watching, consuming all create the feeling of growth without the actual change. Real transformation happens in reflection, in practice, in integration.

1% improvements

The hustle culture version of success says: work harder, push further and go all in. My version starts with direction, and then taking the one next step, one that brings joy and then build momentum. The first domino doesn't look impressive, but before you realise it, you’ve reached the moon.

A man is giving a presentation or speech in a room with large windows and plants, while several women are seated at tables listening.

Unapologetically myself

Using the adjective “authenticity” has become trendy and fake, but I mean something much simpler, yet not easy: striving to be fully myself every day, during every conversation, and for every task I perform. I'd rather spend my life discovering who I am, through joy, alignment and doing only what I genuinely want to do, than mimicking someone else.

1 + 1 = 10

The right people, in the right room, with genuine trust between them, create disproportionate value. By giving first, without keeping score, you create the conditions for something much larger than what any one person could build alone. That's why I invest so much in curating the right environments.

Living in Alignment

Alignment is not a feeling. It's coherence between what you say matters and how you actually live. It's not saying your family is your #1 priority while spending sixteen hours at work and arriving home too depleted to be present. Alignment is when the pieces connect: values, decisions, time, energy. When they do, you start flowing and things move naturally with power.
