Hi, I’m Matt!

In my previous consulting career, while I achieved financial success, I was feeling empty and unfulfilled. My purpose, I knew, was far greater than simply “making money by giving business advice.”

Since stepping onto this new path, I’ve never felt more aligned and driven.

Conscious Leaders was born from a calling to come to Dubai and to create a space for those who want to grow, lead with intention, and support one another on the journey. This movement toward a more human, connected, and awakened way of leading is just the beginning.
